Hi all.... I posted this recipe on my other blog, so some of you may have already seen it, but I thought I'd share with everyone. This recipe is so simple, and delightfully yummy! Of course, Steve and I have the biggest sweet tooths (teeth??) of any couple I know, so this might not be as exciting to you as it was to me, LOL! I got this recipe from a lady at church. I had to restrain myself from going back for seconds, since there were lots of other people waiting to try some!!
Heath Crunch Cake
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 - 8oz. package frozen whipped topping
2 or 3 Heath bars, chopped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and bake in 9x13 pan. Let baked cake cool, then poke holes in top of cake. Pour caramel ice cream topping over cake. Spread whipped topping over cake, then top with candy bar pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
